As Spring rapidly approaches it's a good time to take inventory. After a bit of a "down and dark" winter, how do you want your Spring to be?

To create the Spring that you desire, take a "tour" of your current thoughts, energy levels and daily habits. Then use the questions below to determine how you can "spring" into more peace wellbeing and heightened energy.

Good Questions to Ask Yourself:

  • What thoughts bring me down? Make a list and clean them out, Remember to focus on the positive.
  • What I am doing physically that makes me feel good or what physical activity would be good to add to my life?
  • What am I doing that might be better to do less of or eliminate completely?
  • What am I not doing that would really be a positive choice for me?
  • What am I doing today that is supporting my health, happiness and abundance?
